A Brief History of a Masala Chai Piña Colada
A tropical twist with a warming spice profile, the Masala Chai Piña Colada replaces rum with freshly brewed masala chai tea. The warming spices of chai, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and clove, echo many of the flavour notes found in spiced rum, making it an excellent alcohol-free substitute in tropical drinks.
Combined with pineapple and cream of coconut, this mocktail delivers a creamy, refreshing drink with a subtle spiced finish.
