Ingredients
- 50ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Passion fruit
- 15ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Vanilla syrup
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
- Ice
- Garnish: Half a passion fruit
- Side: Optional shot of soda water with squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- Half the passion fruit, scoop out the seeds and flesh of 1 fruit into a shaker
- Add all other ingredients with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish: Float half a passion fruit
- Optional - serve with shot of soda water with squeeze of lemon juice
